Life Without The Electric Motor
The invention of the electric motor revolutionized the world. Without the electric motor life wouldn't be the same. There would be no fridges to keep food cold, no furnaces, no escalators, elevators or many other things that help make life easier today. But most of all it changed how business and industry run and work the most. Before the electric motor was invented, men that worked in all kinds of industry had to go through a lot more harder and more difficult work. For men in factories they didn't have any machines and devices to help them, they had done this manually or with their hands. But in 1821 Michael Faraday invented the electric motor, which changed everything.
Workers in all different kinds of industries lives were changed because of the electric motor. Back in the 1800s when lots of men worked in factories they had to use their hands to piece together one by one, object the factory was making, that took away all their time in the slow process. Men all around the country were being affected of this problem. They had to work longer, and harder. Think of life today and think what it would have been without the electric motor. There would be no fridges, no microwaves, no electric anything, until the electric motor. Finally in 1821 the electric motor was invented by the brilliant man Michael Faraday, changing our lives.
